Own and grow Rundoo’s partner and co-op growth marketing channel, including referral programs, co-marketing campaigns, partner relationships, collateral, webinars, e-blasts, and sponsorships. Build partner-sourced pipeline, enable Account Executives with partner intelligence, track campaign attribution in Salesforce, and drive closed-won ARR. The role collaborates with marketing, sales, data science, events, and product teams, with regular travel to partner markets, events, and stores.

Own and scale Rundoo's partner and co-op channel: manage ~20 partners, run referral and co-marketing campaigns (e-blasts, webinars, magazines), enable AEs with partner data and tooling, negotiate rate cards, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and closed-won ARR. Hands-on operator role requiring travel to events, building collateral, and turning partner reps into a predictable lead source.
