Manage the full lifecycle of complex government and commercial agreements, including FAR Part 12 contracts, OTAs, prime contracts, subcontracts, licensing agreements, teaming agreements, NDAs, OCI matters, and GSA contracts. Responsibilities include negotiation, compliance, risk mitigation, contract administration, stakeholder advising, audit support, process improvement, and monitoring regulatory developments.

Leads federal government relations and advocacy strategy for Vantor, representing the company with legislative and executive branch stakeholders. Develops policy, regulatory, legislative, and budget positions; monitors aerospace and defense policy trends; builds relationships with government decision-makers and industry associations; coordinates enterprise messaging; and prepares executive communications, white papers, and presentations. Focus areas include the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and Department of Homeland Security.

Lead and maintain Vantor's global export compliance program. Manage ITAR/EAR classification, licensing (DECCS/SNAP‑R/AES), policies, audits, disclosures, and cross-functional compliance integration for spacecraft, software, data, and services.
