Serve as legal counsel for complex technology transactions involving cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, satellite, terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks, hardware, and strategic partnerships. Draft and negotiate bespoke agreements, advise on licensing, data governance, AI risk, intellectual property, and infrastructure arrangements, and partner with Engineering, Product, InfoSec, Spacecraft Operations, Finance, and Sourcing. Build contracting playbooks, templates, escalation criteria, and AI-enabled legal workflows.

Provides legal support for commercial transactions involving hardware procurement, software and technology agreements, manufacturing, services, and strategic partnerships. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts; advises stakeholders on legal, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, product, vendor, and contractual issues; mitigates transaction risks; and improves scalable contracting processes with the Enterprise Supply Chain team.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex commercial agreements supporting wireless, telecommunications infrastructure, enterprise services, transport, data centers, and network initiatives. Advises business teams on contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, privacy, data security, risk, and disputes. Maintains legal playbooks, templates, policies, and procedures while improving contracting workflows through legal AI tools. Collaborates with legal, regulatory, finance, technical, and operational stakeholders in a fast-paced regulated environment.

Provide in-house corporate legal support for SEC reporting, governance, M&A, financings, and subsidiary maintenance. Draft and file SEC reports, manage Section 16 compliance, support board and shareholder processes, conduct due diligence, review disclosures, and apply AI tools to streamline legal research and document review.

Lead and govern the enterprise privacy program, ensure compliance with federal and state privacy laws, manage PIAs and CMPs, oversee ad-tech audits and DSAR workflows, drive remediation with Legal/Engineering, integrate automation/AI tools, and report privacy metrics and risks to leadership.
