As a Legal Intern at Gusto, you will conduct extensive legal research on varied topics such as privacy, advertising regulations, and employment law, while providing guidance to cross-functional teams. You will also partner with counsels on product development and vendor agreements, alongside documenting legal guidance and creating training materials.

The Corporate Counsel will advise on corporate governance, securities laws, and compliance, manage board matters, support strategic transactions like M&A, and develop scalable legal processes as Gusto prepares for growth.
