As Senior Counsel, Capital at Hometap, you will support the Capital team by negotiating and documenting financing transactions, managing corporate governance issues, and optimizing transaction flows. You'll provide legal support, build relationships with outside counsel, and help drive the growth of Hometap's capital finance initiatives.
