This role involves drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements, providing legal counsel to internal partners, and managing contracts to mitigate risk for Tapestry. The attorney will focus on agreements related to SaaS, cloud computing, hardware supply, and emerging technologies, while ensuring compliance and risk evaluation in contracts.

Provide legal advice and support to Tapestry's EMEAI business across Coach, Kate Spade New York, and Stuart Weitzman for all European markets. Manage legal documents, contracts, employment law issues, consumer laws, competition law, data protection, regulatory compliance, and IP enforcement programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver training on relevant regulations. Support junior legal counsel and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
