Associate Counsel supporting global intellectual property protection across EMEA and Latin America. Responsibilities include anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy enforcement, civil and criminal proceedings, IP investigations, legal drafting, outside counsel management, incident response for content leaks, stakeholder advice, law enforcement training, and coordination with technology, security, trade association, and communications teams. The role focuses on copyright, trademark, emerging technology, online platforms, and international enforcement strategies.

Provide legal support across International Networks & DTC for EMEA/APAC: draft and negotiate distribution, content acquisition, advertising and sponsorship agreements; advise on marketing and consumer law; act as primary adviser for IMD third‑party channel distribution to the US; support product launches and projects; monitor copyright, advertising and compliance developments; collaborate with IP, Litigation, Privacy and Employment teams.
