Lead securities, public company reporting, corporate governance, entity management, and M&A legal work for GitLab. Manage SEC filings, proxy statements, board matters, equity plans, subsidiary governance, transactions, and outside counsel. Advise senior stakeholders on legal risks, maintain compliance processes, and create scalable legal playbooks, templates, and workflows. Collaborate with globally distributed cross-functional teams and train junior legal professionals.

Owns complex EMEA employment-law matters across the full employment lifecycle, including works council negotiations, labor proceedings, compliance, agreements, investigations, and organizational changes. Advises senior stakeholders, manages outside counsel, monitors legal developments, and builds scalable legal processes, playbooks, and documentation for GitLab’s globally distributed workforce.

Manage and negotiate commercial technology agreements across EMEA, including subscription, AI, regulatory, professional services, and confidentiality contracts. Partner with sales and internal stakeholders, assess contractual risk, provide practical legal guidance, support sales enablement, and improve contracting playbooks, templates, and processes. The role requires commercial contracting experience in a software or technology environment, cross-border collaboration, English fluency, and UK or Ireland residence.
