Provide practical U.S. employment law advice to People and business leaders on hiring, performance, accommodations, leaves, investigations, compensation, terminations, restrictive covenants, and wage-and-hour compliance. Draft and review employment documents and policies, support M&A integration, partner cross-functionally to develop compliant practices, assess legal risk, and monitor regulatory changes.

Lead and negotiate complex commercial, channel, and procurement agreements across India and South East Asia; advise internal stakeholders on regulatory, privacy, security, and AI-related risks; coach sales on negotiation strategies; improve contract templates and playbooks; mentor the Commercial Legal team and collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, and regional leadership.
