Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS and AI-related commercial agreements; build templates, CLM processes, and Legal AI-driven workflows; advise go-to-market, sales, and partners; coordinate with finance, security, product, privacy, and support to align contract terms and enable deal velocity.

Support public company legal operations including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements), Section 16 reporting, board and committee administration, subsidiary entity maintenance, D&O processes, annual meeting coordination, insider trading/blackout management, and cross-functional compliance collaboration. Handle operational legal tasks and manage board portal and corporate records.

Support public company legal operations including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements), Section 16 reporting, board and committee administration, board portal management, subsidiary and entity maintenance, D&O processes, and cross-functional compliance projects. Coordinate annual meeting logistics, insider trading/blackout processes, and operational legal tasks while partnering with Finance, IR, HR, and others.
