Review and analyse financing documentation, research regulatory developments, advise analysts and rating committees on legal risks, draft and implement policies and methodologies, and represent the firm to issuers, advisors, and investors.

Support global conflicts of interest program: develop and review procedures, monitor policy compliance (trading, gifts), administer conflicts system, maintain records, prepare management reports, assist regulatory exams, deliver training, and collaborate on global projects.
