Provide transactional legal counsel across commercial, financial services, and technology contracts; draft, review, and negotiate agreements; advise business partners on risk and structuring; modernize CLM and integrate AI tools; support vendor management, diligence, post-signing relationships, and other transactional matters; manage outside counsel and work with regulatory/compliance teams.
