Advise product, engineering, business, and senior leaders on technology, Internet, privacy, intellectual property, and product strategy matters. Draft and negotiate technology transactions, licensing agreements, marketplace arrangements, terms of service, policies, and disclosures. Support privacy-by-design reviews, data-flow assessments, marketing claims, promotions, patent strategy, trade-secret protection, and scalable legal processes. Translate complex legal risks into practical guidance and engage externally as a subject matter expert.

Oversee Cloudflare’s global privacy and responsible AI compliance programs across EMEA. Advise on data protection laws, cross-border transfers, privacy by design, data subject requests, impact assessments, vendor reviews, data processing agreements, M&A due diligence, incidents, and AI regulations. Develop guidance, playbooks, and FAQs while partnering with product, commercial, corporate legal, and data privacy operations teams.

Manage litigation matters globally, formulate strategies, work with external counsel, and address legal issues including intellectual property and regulatory matters.

Lead and execute regional compliance operations for EMEA including internal investigations, conflicts of interest reviews, gifts and entertainment approvals, compliance training, and cross-functional projects. Help design and implement policies, controls, and AI-enabled systems to scale routine compliance tasks while supporting the Legal team in a fast-paced environment.
