The Commercial Counsel will support Legora's legal function by drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts while managing risk and compliance. They will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate deal-making and ensure legal protections are in place.

As a Commercial Counsel, you will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on risk, and support commercial teams, focusing on scalability and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

As a Lead Legal Engineer, you will lead complex client engagements, manage a team of Legal Engineers, and drive effective implementations while ensuring measurable outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Partner with in-house legal teams to drive adoption of Legora's AI-native platform: advise GCs and legal ops, run pilots and onboarding, deliver demos and training, gather user insights to influence product, and develop scalable legal ops playbooks to optimise contract, matter, and compliance workflows.

Design and build Legora's legal operational infrastructure: create searchable legal knowledge databases, implement integrations between the platform and internal systems, establish contract management schemas and handoff protocols, drive cross-functional process improvements, and support governance, compliance, and risk mitigation as the company scales internationally.

Serve as a client-facing legal operations/product specialist who partners with in-house legal teams to drive adoption of Legora’s AI-native platform, run pilots, deliver demos and training, capture user insights to inform product, and build scalable playbooks to improve contract, matter, and compliance workflows.
