The Senior Corporate Counsel will serve as a procurement legal expert, review agreements, conduct vendor risk evaluations, and draft policies and templates.

Lead IP strategy and brand protection across Asia Pacific. Provide counsel on trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, domains, licensing, enforcement, and IP risk. Manage outside counsel, handle disputes and litigation, draft and negotiate IP and commercial agreements, and partner with business, product, and marketing teams to enable growth while protecting the company’s brands and innovations.

Research and analyze international regulations across electrical safety, EMC, energy and water efficiency, noise, and accessibility. Provide compliance guidance, maintain regulatory databases, prepare executive summaries, support internal teams and stakeholders, and help identify business opportunities while ensuring adherence to global standards.

Provide legal support for sourcing and sales by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor and customer agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, order forms). Advise on commercial terms, develop templates and playbooks, implement CLM and sourcing processes, train stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to manage risk and ensure contract governance and execution.
