Provide legal support for procurement and supplier contracts: draft, review, and negotiate agreements; develop procurement policies; advise stakeholders on risk and compliance; manage supplier disputes; maintain contract records; and train internal teams. Role may expand to general corporate, real estate, marketing, ESG, and subsidiary matters over time.
