Manage complex federal, state, and multi-state tax compliance, planning, research, and advisory services for construction clients. Review partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, and individual returns; apply construction accounting and long-term contract methods; identify tax-saving opportunities; manage client relationships and multiple engagements; and supervise, coach, and develop tax staff while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Provides financial advisory services to Federally Qualified Health Centers. Assesses finance performance, develops strategies to improve operations, revenue cycles, cash flow, and profitability, and advises on budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance. Builds executive client relationships, leads change initiatives, and configures financial systems, EHRs, ERPs, accounting structures, and reporting processes. Requires healthcare finance experience, strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
