The role requires expertise in networking, internet protocols, SASE technologies, on-premises infrastructure, and public cloud, along with strong communication, project management, relationship-building, and customer-facing consulting skills. Travel is expected 35–45% of the time.

Leads the Solutions Architecture team supporting Cloudflare’s AI and Developer Platform. Develops technical sales strategy, drives pipeline and revenue, manages people and budgets, advises sales leadership, engages executive customers, collaborates with Product and Marketing, and establishes customer feedback loops to improve product strategy and adoption.

Leads strategic public-sector customer engagements for Cloudflare’s platform. Develops multi-year digital transformation visions, migration and architecture roadmaps, solution designs, business value assessments, and adoption strategies. Builds executive stakeholder relationships, guides modernization from legacy edge and on-premises technologies, supports proofs of concept, represents Cloudflare at industry events, and shares government-sector expertise across the pre-sales organization. Travel may reach 40% during the quarter.

Conduct AI security research, agentic and LLM testing, vulnerability discovery, adversary simulations, and full-chain red team operations. Test WAF, EDR, and SIEM detection efficacy using MITRE ATT&CK, collaborate with blue teams and incident response, develop detection validation frameworks, report risks to executives, and mentor security professionals.

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of GTM-facing software and data products. Build features in Go/TypeScript/SQL, operate services on Cloudflare Workers and Kubernetes, own the data foundation and signals for sales, run cross-functional projects, participate in on-call incident response, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing/DevRel using AI to accelerate development.

Lead architecture and implementation of Cloudflare Tunnel systems (client and edge services). Design, code, test, monitor, and scale distributed, secure microservices. Mentor peers, drive roadmap, debug production issues, and collaborate with security, SRE, network engineering, and product teams.
