Support product strategy and execution for digital sales funnels and data products: write requirements and user stories, prioritize roadmap trade-offs, track KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, complete a capstone PM project, and present results to leadership.

Provide real-time coaching, monitor conversion and talk-time metrics, manage scheduling across 8am–8pm EST, ensure CMS compliance, partner with Quality/Compliance/WFM, and drive performance during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Design and maintain data collection infrastructure and resilient pipelines, troubleshoot and resolve data defects, implement maintenance strategies, support BI/warehousing/reporting, build reports and visualizations, and collect/extract/clean data end-to-end, including real-time streaming and performance tuning.

Support media buyers in launching, monitoring, and optimizing PPC campaigns. Manage bids, account architecture, keyword research, reporting, and troubleshooting to improve campaign performance and ad delivery.

Work with the Data Science team to extract behavioral signals from call transcripts, validate predictive models, clean and analyze large datasets, experiment with LLM/GenAI workflows, and communicate findings through charts, notebooks, and write-ups to inform business decisions.

Design and lead scalable, resilient software systems and cloud-native architectures. Provide technical guidance, integrate AI/ML and Twilio, develop machine learning models, and drive best practices across engineering teams.
