Lead root-cause investigations, manage nonconformances and MRB activities, maintain PFMEA and ISO 9001 compliance, execute layered process audits, support FAIs, and drive continuous improvement alongside manufacturing engineering to ensure fabrication quality and on-time delivery.

Leads systems security engineering across the full SDLC for mission-critical DoD programs. Defines security requirements, develops architectures, performs threat modeling and adversarial analysis, integrates security into DevSecOps pipelines, and leads RMF Assessment and Authorization activities. Authors security documentation, evaluates STIGs and security benchmarks, manages residual risks, mentors engineering teams, engages government stakeholders, and supports proposal development and technical reviews.

Develop and assess reliability, availability, and maintainability of electronic warfare equipment across its lifecycle. Perform RAM modeling, MTBF predictions, FMECA, testability and maintainability analyses, failure investigations, root cause analysis, and failure trend analysis. Administer Palo Alto firewalls through Panorama, manage web-filtering policies, analyze logs and network traffic, troubleshoot incidents, and support a 24/7 GSOC. Develop security applications, automation scripts, technical documentation, and new security technology solutions. Configure firewall rules, routing, VLANs, and subnets while assessing security requirements, risks, architecture, scalability, and virtualization needs. Provide user support and backup assistance for enterprise security tools.

Supports integration, verification, and validation testing for advanced radar systems across laboratory, integration, production, and cleanroom environments. Develops and executes test plans, procedures, and campaigns; analyzes test data; verifies requirements; troubleshoots anomalies; and supports hardware, software, and firmware integration.
