Leads and manages a software engineering team supporting mission-critical C4ISR space systems. Responsibilities include supervision, mentoring, career development, performance management, recruiting, technical leadership, architecture reviews, software design and sustainment oversight, bid and proposal support, and collaboration with functional managers and discipline leads. The role is performed onsite in Hudson or Merrimack, New Hampshire, and requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Supports spacecraft structural design and analysis across proposal, development, fabrication, testing, and verification. Applies Model-Based Systems Engineering tools and supports meetings with Navy customers and test facilities, including local travel.

Apply systems engineering and MBSE methods to develop system models, architectures, requirements, interfaces, and digital engineering workflows. Support trade studies, integration, process automation, model governance, technical reviews, demonstrations, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams, facilitate technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and evaluate AI and automation opportunities. The role is primarily on-site three or more days per week and may involve travel between campuses or other locations.

Lead the architecture and technical roadmap for a next-generation RADAR system. The role is fully onsite, requires occasional travel, and supports early-career engineers through mentorship and professional development.

Provides technical leadership for MBSE, systems architecture, and digital engineering across complex programs. Develops system architectures, requirements structures, interfaces, verification relationships, modeling methods, reference architectures, and reusable MBSE patterns. Integrates models with engineering and lifecycle data, evaluates systemic process and digital opportunities, mentors engineers, facilitates cross-functional technical discussions, and guides responsible use of AI and automation in engineering workflows.

Develop and refactor C/C++ embedded software and signal-processing algorithms for space applications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, respond to evolving requirements, and improve existing code efficiency and maintainability. The role requires substantial embedded development experience, algorithm or digital signal processing expertise, strong technical communication, a computer science or computer engineering degree, U.S. citizenship, and an existing Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI and a CI polygraph.

Design, develop, integrate, and verify real-time mission software in C++ and C# on Linux platforms for electronic warfare systems. Responsibilities include full lifecycle development, Agile and DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, cross-disciplinary collaboration, support for international military programs, and mentoring early-career engineers.
