Provide legal support to HERE's Customer Organization across EMEA: lead complex commercial negotiations, draft and manage contracts (licensing, RFPs, professional services), advise senior leaders on legal and compliance risks, own contracting processes, mitigate high‑risk engagements, and collaborate globally on playbooks and training.

Lead employment law advisor for HERE's EMEA region providing strategic legal guidance on German and cross-border employment matters. Advise HR, Legal & Compliance and business leaders on employee relations, restructurings, terminations, works council and collective law, M&A workforce issues, investigations, litigation management, drafting agreements and policies, and building compliant, scalable people practices. Deliver training, mitigate risks, and partner with stakeholders to align employment law with business strategy.

Lead design, development, and operation of scalable microservices on AWS using Java/Scala/Python. Own end-to-end feature delivery, produce technical designs, mentor peers, and drive engineering best practices. Collaborate with ML researchers, data teams, and platform engineers to evaluate MLOps tools and ensure reliability, reproducibility, and cost-efficient GPU/compute utilization.
