Lead and manage product safety projects from scope to delivery: define test programs, coordinate lab and field activities, communicate with clients, resolve technical and compliance issues, develop special test methods/equipment, train staff, and represent UL on technical committees. Frequent client travel and project-handling of complex products required.

Design and coordinate electrical systems for commercial, industrial, laboratory, and technical facilities from concept through construction. Lead Revit/BIM-based design, coordinate external engineering firms and vendors, review documentation, support budgeting and commissioning, and maintain design intent. Provide expertise in power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, equipment integration, safety compliance, facility troubleshooting, and energy-efficient building systems.

Provides global technical leadership for Physical AI and cyber-physical product assurance. Develops standards, certification programs, assessment methodologies, testing criteria, and customer-facing services for robotics, autonomy, drones, smart mobility, and connected intelligent products. Evaluates real-world system behavior, hazards, failure modes, safety controls, human interaction, robustness, and lifecycle changes. Advises customers, regulators, and standards bodies while building global evaluator training, delivery guidance, and scalable assurance capabilities.

Perform and manage engineering safety investigations and testing for consumer technology products. Define project scope, develop test plans, examine samples for UL compliance, coordinate lab activities and client communications, prepare reports, and support development of test methods and UL requirements. May handle projects, file reviews, and represent UL at industry events. Hybrid role with hands-on lab work and occasional client-site travel.

Sets up, adapts, and operates laboratory test equipment for client samples. Performs tests using plans, datasheets, schematics, and standards; evaluates and documents results in reports and data sheets. Maintains and calibrates equipment, communicates with clients and engineering staff, supports test planning, and recommends equipment or process improvements. May direct staff during test setups and incorporate automation into testing activities.

Leads ASPICE assessments, process improvement initiatives, client coaching, training, and automotive software and systems engineering advisory engagements. Develops improvement strategies, manages major client programs, supports safety and cybersecurity initiatives, creates proposals and budgets, and builds client relationships. Collaborates with engineering, project management, and quality teams while contributing to consulting methodologies and business strategy. Requires regular travel to client sites, up to 50%.

Independently manages laboratory testing projects, including standards-based testing, test planning, execution, reporting, equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and customer support. Ensures ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, supports audits and proficiency testing, coordinates schedules, and improves laboratory productivity, quality, utilization, and turnaround time. Maintains safety, 5S, housekeeping, visual workplace, and EHS standards while implementing corrective actions.

Supports regional marketing strategy and executes localized, integrated campaigns across social, content, events, partner marketing, and customer engagement. Evaluates market and competitive dynamics, develops messaging, collaborates with global and local stakeholders, and analyzes campaign, channel, pipeline, and program performance. Optimizes marketing investments and tactics to increase customer awareness, demand, revenue, and market presence.

Provides global technical leadership for digital AI standards, certification, assurance, training, advisory, and assessment services. Develops AI governance and lifecycle assurance methodologies covering predictive and generative AI, LLMs, agents, cloud AI, model risk, testing, transparency, fairness, privacy, security, robustness, and operational resilience. Translates regulations, standards, emerging technologies, and customer needs into scalable offerings while engaging customers, regulators, standards bodies, and internal stakeholders.
