This role involves full-cycle recruiting for GTM and Business Operations roles, partnering with leaders to shape hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and improve recruiting metrics.

Serve as a hands-on People Business Partner for G&A teams: manage day-to-day employee and manager needs across the employee lifecycle, drive workforce planning and organizational change, surface people insights from data, consult on complex employee relations and people risk, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Designs and delivers multi-modal technical learning programs for Sunnyvale engineering teams. Leads needs analysis, partners with senior technical stakeholders, facilitates training, owns program evaluation, and shapes technical development practice across sites.

Lead configuration and optimization of enterprise LMS and learning platforms, design measurement frameworks and dashboards, own program operations and scalable processes, manage vendor/content partnerships, and partner with IT/HRIS to ensure integrations, data integrity, and reporting for a rapidly growing L&D function.

Support Talent Acquisition by building talent communities, executing recruiting events, and scaling talent programs. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive pipeline strategy, track engagement metrics, and maintain recruiting data in ATS and sourcing tools. Coordinate logistics for virtual and onsite events and improve recruiting processes as the company scales.

Lead strategy and end-to-end design of CoreWeaveUniversity's leadership and management development portfolio. Design, deliver, and evaluate programs for frontline managers through senior leaders; build scalable toolkits and facilitator strategies; partner with People Business Partners and senior stakeholders to connect learning to talent processes; facilitate sessions for executives; measure behavioral change and continuously improve programs.

Serve as the senior HR partner to GTM leadership, driving workforce planning, org design, expansion, talent calibration, executive development, succession planning, and advising on complex people risk. Act as embedded strategic partner, translating growth into headcount plans and partnering with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional People teams to ensure consistent, high-quality HR support across global GTM functions.
