Lead and scale CoreWeaves IT and Supply Chain recruiting pods, design hiring strategies, coach and develop technical recruiters, serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders, own full-funnel recruiting metrics and pipeline, and personally drive senior or hard-to-fill searches to ensure high-quality hires and excellent candidate experience.

The Executive Researcher at CoreWeave will lead executive search research for VP and C-level hires, leveraging modern AI tools and methodologies.
