Serve as the primary HR partner for a Canadian (Quebec-focused) workforce: advise leaders on employee and labor relations, workforce planning, hiring strategies, immigration support, compliance with Quebec and federal employment and privacy laws, administer leaves and health & safety programs, manage employee relations and change management, and align HR processes with US teams while ensuring bilingual (EN/FR) communications.

Lead HR technology work for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, partnering with HR, vendors, and engineering to configure, test, support, and optimize HRIS solutions. Manage projects, create reports, design authorization models, produce RICEF specs, adopt vendor releases, and provide after-hours production support to ensure holistic HR systems and integrations.

The HR Coordinator will support HR services and programs, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience across Canada and the U.S. Responsibilities include managing HR data, facilitating recruitment, and handling employee inquiries while contributing to various HR projects.
