Lead design and delivery of AI-enabled, centralized process transformation for Compensation and Benefits. Assess end-to-end workflows, prioritize initiatives with stakeholders, embed scalable automation and governance, manage delivery cadence, and develop rotational talent to improve efficiency, accuracy, and execution quality across Total Rewards.

Manage APAC/India payroll operations using third‑party providers: validate inputs, coordinate vendor payouts and statutory filings, ensure compliance with tax/social insurance, support audits, produce payroll reports, partner with HR/Finance, and drive process improvements and regional payroll projects.

Support interpretation and implementation of EU and country remuneration regulation, focusing on pay transparency and equal pay. Perform regulatory analysis, contribute to policy, reporting, job levelling, stakeholder materials, and governance documentation to ensure compliant, consistent compensation outcomes.
