Responsibilities include facilitating global training events, classroom sessions, e-learning, sales kickoffs, QBRs, and coaching programs.

Deliver ramp and everboarding enablement for Enterprise sellers across EMEA. Facilitate live and virtual training, administer certifications, gather field insights, lead reinforcement and coaching, and partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to improve performance. Adapt global programs to regional needs, design role plays and deal clinics, respond to emerging training needs, and use AI tools to synthesize feedback and reinforce learning.

Deliver ramp and ongoing enablement programs for Enterprise sales teams across EMEA. Facilitate live and virtual training, administer certifications, conduct field listening, reinforce learning through coaching and practice, and partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams. Adapt global programs to regional needs, use performance data and AI tools to identify gaps, and support measurable behavior change. The role requires approximately 25% travel across EMEA.

Lead Datadog’s EMEA Field Enablement team, managing and developing enablement managers while setting regional strategy and quality standards. Partner with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success leadership to identify performance gaps, deliver targeted programs, and measure impact. Own workforce planning, hiring, coaching, stakeholder alignment, and global enablement collaboration across EMEA. Travel approximately 30% across the region.

Deliver onboarding, ongoing training, reinforcement, coaching, and certification programs for Sales and Customer Success teams across AMER. Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional enablement teams to adapt global programs, diagnose field needs, facilitate live and virtual sessions, and drive measurable behavior change. Use field feedback, performance data, project management tools, and AI to improve enablement effectiveness. The role requires strong facilitation, sales methodology knowledge, technology industry familiarity, relationship-building, independent execution, and approximately 25% travel.

Build and manage global commercial customer success curricula, including instructor-led materials, eLearning, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, practice, and reinforcement. Translate business goals into measurable learning objectives and observable behaviors. Partner with program managers, operations teams, facilitators, subject matter experts, and test audiences to deliver high-quality programs on schedule. Maintain content after launch, analyze learner data, and use AI responsibly to improve content creation and feedback analysis.

Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for General and Administrative roles, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview process design, candidate communication, compensation negotiation, and closing. Partner with leadership and train interview teams while maintaining accurate candidate data and reporting in Greenhouse. Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process and manage multiple openings independently.
