Manage and deliver standard and custom learning projects: conduct needs analyses, design and deliver workshops, curate content, integrate with LMS, measure learning impact, maintain project plans, and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and strong customer outcomes.

Support end-to-end HR operations for France and Germany including onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, benefits, CSE/Works Council management, employee and labor relations, training and health coordination, HR reporting and projects, and ensuring compliance with French labor law. Act as a trusted HR contact and drive process improvements and employee experience.
