Lead HR compliance projects end-to-end, prepare and support internal/external audits, identify and track HR risks and mitigations, maintain and improve HR policies and processes, partner cross-functionally with HR, Trust, Risk and Legal, and explore simple AI/automation solutions to improve compliance efficiency.

Lead works council and employee representation matters in Europe (primary focus Germany). Advise stakeholders on consultation, manage processes, facilitate meetings, resolve workplace issues, ensure compliance with local requirements, mentor team members, and support global roll-out of people programs in partnership with Employment Legal Counsel and country leadership.

Provide day-to-day EMEA HR operations and advisory support (onboarding, contracts, leave, payroll, employee relations); lead regional projects including OracleHCM rollout and automation; mentor junior team members; act as trusted advisor on complex cases (notably France); collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to improve processes and use data to drive outcomes.
