Lead seasonal knitwear design from concept to commercialization, driving research, yarn and stitch development, mock-ups, and fittings. Mentor junior designers, collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising and product development, ensure brand consistency, meet development timelines, and manage samples to deliver market-right ready-to-wear collections.

Support the Senior Knitwear Designer to research, develop, and prototype knit designs each season. Produce design flats, mockups, and design cards; manage timelines, line sheets, and local development. Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Development, maintain materials library and archive, and supervise an apprentice. Ensure designs meet Coach creative vision and production milestones.

Assist the senior design team in developing women's casual and dress footwear, contribute to concept development, and ensure designs meet brand aesthetics.
