Support industrial design leads on product launches, create sketches and high-fidelity renderings, build presentation assets and prototypes, collaborate with engineering to produce production-ready CAD, and specify finishes, materials, and textures. Contribute to cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, consumer-product environment.

Lead design workflow audits and modernize processes, tooling, and AI-assisted practices. Build playbooks, templates, and standards, manage tool selection and rollouts, track capacity and metrics, and contribute hands-on to product SKU design while driving cross-functional handoffs and change adoption.

Lead creative development of market-specific DTC campaigns and digital content across EMEA. Adapt global creative for local markets, direct photo/video shoots, manage production partners, and guide junior designers. Collaborate with regional marketing and global NPD teams, own briefs through delivery, and contribute to the DTC design system and brand voice to drive engagement and conversion.
