Lead Data Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing data quality lifecycle, managing a team, defining strategies for data validation, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve data issues.

Lead design and execution of 2K's global data platform, telemetry, and ML Ops. Own cloud FinOps, drive streaming telemetry and feature pipelines, build cross-studio partnerships, and hire and mentor a high-performing data engineering team to enable proactive, AI‑integrated analytics.

Operate and automate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, implement CI/CD and IaC for data assets, ensure data observability and quality, enforce security/compliance, and support data scientists and analysts to maintain highly available global data infrastructure.

Design, build, and optimize 2K's core data platform (Snowflake/Databricks, S3, Kafka/Kinesis). Enable self-service DaaS, scale streaming and Spark workloads, implement RBAC and interoperability (Iceberg), and provide technical leadership to ensure high-performance, secure, and cost-efficient distributed data systems.
