Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and lakehouse data platforms on Azure and Databricks. Implement Medallion architecture and Delta Lake, enforce data governance and quality, optimize pipeline performance, and support CI/CD and environment promotion to deliver reliable financial reporting and analytics data products.

The Investment Data Management Analyst will ensure data quality for investment activities, support pricing accuracy, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with teams to maintain quality standards.

Partner with U100 sales to drive small-business growth by delivering analysis, reports, dashboards, and strategic sales support. Recommend process improvements, correct operational errors, lead projects, train sales on platforms, and support renewals and financial/contract evaluations.

Support a book of business by validating, transforming, and reconciling data, managing daily processing and file audits, generating reporting outputs for outreach, creating file configuration specs, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders, and driving process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Lead design and execution of data governance policies, metadata management, lineage, and stewardship. Develop standards, tools, and training; manage governance platforms (e.g., Collibra); identify Critical Data Elements; monitor metrics and SLAs; resolve governance issues; collaborate across Business, Technology, and D&A teams; and provide people leadership to coach and develop data governance talent.
