Leads and develops a Data Platform engineering team while owning delivery of complex data initiatives. The role establishes delivery discipline, assesses technical and implementation risks, partners cross-functionally, and drives production reliability, data quality, observability, incident management, and on-call readiness. It also guides the evolution of scalable data ingestion, transformation, lakehouse, cloud architecture, governance, and reusable platform capabilities.

Designs and delivers large-scale, governed data pipelines and infrastructure across the full data lifecycle. Responsibilities include coding in Python and SQL, optimizing Airflow, dbt, AWS, Kafka, and Iceberg/Parquet workflows, implementing data quality and observability, contributing to architecture and tool evaluations, mentoring engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, and participating in on-call support.

Analyze administrative and clinical healthcare data to build reporting solutions, identify optimization opportunities, and support clinical program effectiveness. Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to improve decision-making, patient outcomes, utilization, and cost efficiency. Develop dashboards and KPIs, monitor healthcare trends, collaborate with clinical, data science, engineering, and client teams, and lead complex multidisciplinary projects.

As a Data Engineer, you will develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS, support data processing, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Analyze healthcare claims, provider, financial, and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies. Build automated reports, dashboards, and forecasts using SQL, Python, and BI tools to support audit, finance, and operations, ensuring data quality, SLA monitoring, and actionable recommendations.

Lead analytics for payment integrity by analyzing large healthcare claims and operational datasets, building automated reports, dashboards, and forecasts, monitoring SLAs and financial reconciliations, detecting process inefficiencies, performing root-cause analysis, and partnering with engineering, audit, finance, operations, and leadership to drive operational improvements and reporting accuracy while maintaining data governance and HIPAA compliance.

Design, implement, and validate data mapping, transformation, and integration solutions for payment integrity. Investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, create mapping specs and documentation, partner with stakeholders, and mentor analysts to improve data quality and automation.

Own and optimize the enterprise workforce management platform, including forecasting, scheduling, staffing, intraday performance, shift and PTO bidding, and schedule adherence. Analyze workforce and operational data, identify root causes, create trend and productivity reports, model ROI, and recommend staffing improvements. Partner with analytics and operations leaders, mentor real-time analysts and schedulers, and drive efficiency across service and clinical operations.

The role involves managing a team of data analysts to ensure the quality and usability of healthcare market datasets, implementing analytical standards, and translating complex data outputs into actionable business insights.

Execute SOPs, checklists, and QA to meet SLAs. Prepare and validate data for model development, identify and resolve discrepancies, support reporting, and communicate risks. Maintain HIPAA/PHI compliance and ISMS alignment while working shifts in a fast-paced operational environment.
