Build and own scalable Snowflake data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, curated datasets, and data quality frameworks supporting financial analytics. Partner with modeling experts to translate requirements into production-ready designs, optimize performance and costs, standardize deployments, and meet SLAs. Use AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while maintaining privacy, security, and governance standards.

Design and deliver enterprise-scale data models and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake; build reliable ELT/ETL pipelines (batch and near-real-time); enforce data quality, observability, and secure handling of PII; optimize performance and publish curated data to downstream systems while collaborating with product, operations, and engineering teams.

Partner with investment, operations, and finance teams to translate business needs into BI dashboards, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled analytics using Power BI and SQL. Identify reporting gaps, capture requirements, and support adoption of AI-driven insights while liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Build and maintain data pipelines, web harvesting, and analytics tools to support investment research and risk workflows. Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, collaborate with engineers and AI leads, and deliver production-grade data assets, dashboards, and AI-assisted research capabilities.

Produce forward-looking index projections, research index changes and corporate actions, build analytics platforms, apply data science and modeling with Quantitative Research, support index portfolio management and product teams, deliver data insights, and design risk controls for index data and methodologies.

Lead and establish an Analytics Production Readiness & Assurance (APRA) function to define production standards, data/metadata models, and posture visibility. Partner with product, analytics, and engineering to enforce readiness criteria, surface deviations, and drive accountable decisions. Build technical frameworks, deterministic validation methods, core metrics, and AI-enabled automation to scale oversight. Manage and develop a small technical team and embed decision capture and institutional memory for sustained production operations.

Support end-to-end client data implementations for Aladdin by executing project tasks, data mapping, onboarding, validation, reconciliation, UAT, analytics configuration, documentation, and client communication under senior guidance.

Research, validate, and maintain investor and firm data for private markets using public sources, proprietary outreach, and AI-enabled tools. Build relationships with institutional investors, perform QA and data governance, resolve data incidents, support cross-functional projects, and contribute to process improvements and team training to ensure high data quality and operational excellence.

Deliver performance reporting and risk metrics for private credit portfolios. Create and update client reports, analyze investment and fund performance, maintain data integrity and reporting processes, support investor requests and due diligence, and coordinate with valuation, fund accounting, operations, and investor relations teams.

Lead enterprise strategy and execution for data risk, controls, and governance on the Aladdin platform. Own risk frameworks, incident management, regulatory readiness, data quality, analytics stewardship, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing controls. Build operating models, automation, and team capability to ensure traceable, auditable, and resilient data and analytics for senior stakeholders and regulators.
