Provide analytics support for Customer Experience and Payment Operations: build reporting and forecasting (Tableau, Zendesk Explore), run monthly business reviews, develop headcount and workforce planning models, create Payment Operations analytics from the ground up, and present accurate insights to senior leaders to inform resourcing and bonus decisions.

Serve as the primary people analytics partner to HR leadership, building a trusted suite of workforce dashboards and scorecards, defining KPI metrics and guardrails, embedding people metrics into planning and forecasting, improving HR data literacy and self-service, and translating complex people data into actionable recommendations.

Design, build, and operate scalable data platform pipelines and models using Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, Flink and AWS. Own end-to-end platform components, apply IaC with Terraform, implement CI/CD and testing, manage production systems, monitoring and incident response, and improve data quality and self-service capabilities for downstream teams.

Lead Xero's shared Data Engineering function to execute data and platform strategy, deliver reliable self-service and AI-first data platforms, embed governance-by-design, improve observability and operational health, grow senior leadership, and enable domain teams through reusable platforms, patterns and guardrails.

Lead regional sales analytics for the UK, build dashboards and diagnostic reports, execute analytics roadmap using Snowflake, dbt, Tableau and AI, provide strategic insights to sales leadership, partner with Finance and Product, and mentor peers.
