Design and own end-to-end data applications and models in the data warehouse, build scalable ELT pipelines and real-time feature sets for ML-driven decisions, integrate new data sources, pioneer AI/ML readiness, evaluate tools, and mentor/guide engineering and product teams on analytics and event-driven architecture.

Partner with product, data science and engineering to deliver high-quality analysis, run customer journey and A/B test analyses, build visualizations and self-service tools, mentor junior analysts, and influence product strategy and data-driven culture across the company.

Lead MGA pricing strategy using statistical techniques and machine learning. Build and maintain pricing models, monitor portfolio risk, recommend price adjustments, evaluate product profitability, create insights and dashboards, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with underwriting and data science teams.
