Lead analytics engagements for enterprise clients using observability and digital experience data. Manage 4–8 accounts, deliver dashboards and reports, perform ad-hoc analysis, configure Dynatrace solutions, present findings to technical and executive stakeholders, and influence product roadmap and client performance strategies.

The Senior Analytics Engineer will design scalable data models, translate business needs into data products, ensure data quality, and collaborate with teams on analytics solutions.

Lead technical direction and hands-on development of scalable data pipelines into Snowflake. Mentor junior engineers, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, ensure data governance, quality, and security, and evaluate new data technologies to support BI and enterprise analytics.

Lead account-based analytics engagements using Dynatrace and observability data to deliver dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and performance strategies. Manage 4–8 enterprise clients, present findings to technical and executive stakeholders, configure tooling, enable client teams, and provide product feedback to influence roadmap decisions. Drive process improvements and training internally while helping clients optimize digital experience and business outcomes.

Lead operational design and engineering for the data platform: own Snowflake and dbt administration, automate platform operations and CI/CD, monitor platform health and observability, enforce governance and access, optimize performance and costs, and develop AI/agent integrations to enable governed data access for business users.
