As a Meteorologist, you will use forecasting tools to identify weather events impacting clients, communicate weather information, partner with analysts, and support customer webinars, all while working with a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Design, operate, and scale Elasticsearch clusters and relational databases to support large-scale ingest and low-latency hybrid search. Implement vector/semantic retrieval and ranking (RRF), optimize indexing and query performance, improve observability and reliability, and partner with data teams to shape long-term data and search architecture.
