Lead data analysis and reporting for the Trading team, build and maintain dashboards and governed analytics, deliver quantitative research, mentor juniors, and present insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and next-gen trading platform development.

Build and maintain near‑real‑time and batch regulatory reporting systems on GCP/BigQuery. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, support migration from SQL Server, implement data validation, monitoring, automation and AI‑assisted tooling, and produce documentation and QA.

Lead a cross-functional data engineering team to design, deliver and maintain regulatory reporting software. Ensure technical design, performance, reliability and governance meet regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Finance and Compliance, manage risks and dependencies, mentor team members, drive process improvements, and adopt AI tools to enhance workflows and reporting.
