Owns analytics strategy, A/B testing, automation measurement, Snowflake-based analytical solutions, dashboards, and self-service reporting. Partners with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive strategic decisions, profitability, and efficiency. Coaches team members, supports hiring, applies AI tools to analytics workflows, and communicates recommendations to senior leaders.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise fraud prevention strategy and decisioning engines for loan products. Use data analytics and machine learning to assess fraud and identity risk, recommend verification standards, set KPIs, report to senior leadership, and lead/mentor a team to automate and improve fraud prevention while maintaining a frictionless customer experience.

Architects and evolves enterprise-scale batch, real-time, and event-driven data platforms and pipelines. Leads data modeling, distributed processing, data quality, governance, observability, CI/CD, security, monitoring, incident response, and cost optimization. Provides technical direction across hybrid cloud environments, mentors engineers, leads critical initiatives and code reviews, manages technical debt, evaluates new technologies, and partners with business and technical stakeholders. Participates in on-call rotations and supports distributed and offshore engineering teams.
