Lead the technical design and delivery of a global migration from SailPoint IdentityIQ to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Define future-state identity architecture, translate legacy workflows to cloud designs, drive integrations (directories, HR systems, SaaS), set engineering standards, manage risks and cutover, partner across functions, and coach engineering teams to improve controls, automation and maintainability.

Manage and operationalize identity and access across Active Directory, Azure, and AWS. On-board applications, non-human users, and secrets/key management. Implement IAM governance, standards, PIM/PAM and IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint). Perform user administration, NTFS permissions, and document IAM policies and procedures while meeting SAS/SOX audit requirements. Basic UNIX and SQL knowledge required.
