Serve as the primary OT technical authority for complex Armis Centrix customer engagements. Investigate architecture, monitoring, asset visibility, segmentation, integrations, and scalability challenges; design and optimize industrial OT solutions; advise on security posture, risk, compliance, and operational outcomes; mentor internal teams; support escalations; create technical guidance; and influence product roadmap priorities through customer feedback.

Lead Armis' application security program and integrate application vulnerabilities into its VIPR vulnerability-management framework. Responsibilities include secure architecture reviews, threat modeling, SAST/DAST/SCA automation, CI/CD security integration, risk prioritization, vulnerability remediation tracking, API and container security, secure coding standards, engineering enablement, and compliance support for SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and HIPAA.

Own the security strategy and architecture for ServiceNow’s agentic AI ecosystem, LLMs, models, and data pipelines. Lead threat modeling for novel GenAI risks, define secure-by-design standards, access controls, and data boundaries, and drive adoption across engineering teams. Represent the company externally, guide executive stakeholders, mentor engineers, and advance defenses against prompt injection, jailbreaks, and other AI-specific threats.

Lead Armis' vulnerability intelligence, prioritization, detection, and response program across EMEA. Own the vulnerability lifecycle, correlate threat intelligence and exploit data, operate security platforms, automate scoring and reporting, build risk dashboards, guide remediation SLAs, support audits and penetration-test remediation, and deliver executive briefings and customer training. The role also develops prioritization models and partners with product security, engineering, cloud infrastructure, and customer success teams.

Builds production security tooling, automation, platform services, AI-powered security workflows, and product security capabilities at enterprise scale. The role contributes code to product engineering teams, collaborates with AI Security Research, develops security integrations, participates in architecture and code reviews, and helps establish engineering practices for a new Security R&D team. It requires strong Python and Java development, distributed systems expertise, cloud-native experience, and exposure to AI/ML and security engineering.

Manage and support customer security platforms, including health checks, configuration, policy development, troubleshooting, threat analysis, and uptime. Collaborate with technical stakeholders, customer success, sales, and development teams. Provide remote installation support, technical escalation, training, reporting, and root-cause analysis. The role requires strong networking, cybersecurity, Linux, API, and programming knowledge, along with experience supporting enterprise environments.

Leads product security incident response for ServiceNow vulnerabilities, including deep-dive investigations, exploit analysis, CVE coordination, remediation, release management, root-cause analysis, and disclosure. Partners with engineering, product, release, and leadership teams during significant security events, verifies fixes, drives post-incident improvements, and strengthens secure development practices across the organization.

Build and ship security controls for agentic AI systems. Responsibilities include analyzing agent architectures, threat modeling, developing static and runtime protections, red-teaming prompt and tool attacks, evaluating defenses, researching AI security threats, and advising product teams on secure AI design.

Architects and operates enterprise cryptographic services for a multi-tenant SaaS platform, including certificate lifecycle, key management, secrets distribution, and workload identity. The role requires Kubernetes operations, FIPS-compliant security engineering, threat modeling, incident response, mentoring, and collaboration across platform and security teams. It also evaluates AI and machine learning applications for anomaly detection, certificate risk scoring, and cryptographic code review while preparing for post-quantum cryptography.

Lead adoption, implementation, deployment, and configuration of the Armis security platform for platinum customers. Advise customers on security use cases, platform utilization, integrations, and value realization while building relationships with technical and executive stakeholders. Act as the customer advocate, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide technical expertise across IT, IoT, OT/ICS, and healthcare environments. The role also identifies growth opportunities and requires travel of up to 20–25% per quarter.
