The Staff Cloud Security Engineer will secure cloud infrastructure for Huntress, focusing on product security, risk management, and compliance for a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include collaborating with DevOps, managing vulnerabilities, threat modeling, and developing incident response strategies.

Lead LATAM reseller and distribution partnerships to grow Huntress' presence. Recruit, onboard, and enable VARs/MSPs, coordinate with distributors for co-selling and co-marketing, define channel strategy and targets, track and coach partner performance, collaborate with marketing, and represent the company at partner events.

Manage a defined book of channel partners (MSPs/VARs) to drive Huntress platform adoption and partner-led growth. Lead technical architect and hands-on principal engineer for the SOC Experience team, building scalable investigation workflows, agentic LLM features, automation, remediation actions, and analyst tooling. Drive architecture, mentor engineers, prototype solutions, ensure reliability and observability, and partner with product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational problems into auditable, production-grade systems.

Lead and grow a product research team focused on defensive cybersecurity research. Own technical and managerial leadership, collaborate with Product, SOC, and Engineering, scale automated threat-detection workflows using AI, and mentor researchers to deliver prioritized platform capabilities.
