Manage and grow existing MSSP partner accounts across Europe by driving upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion. Build stakeholder relationships, create and execute account plans, collaborate with Solutions Architects and cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and produce value-based proposals to maximize partner revenue and satisfaction.

Serve as the technical bridge to integration partners across EMEA: design, build, validate, and demo integrations with the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform; support partner sales and OEM/embedded deals; run POVs, RFI/RFP responses, and NFR evaluations; create enablement materials, demo environments, and integration documentation; track adoption metrics and collaborate on scalable onboarding and AI-driven efficiency improvements.

Build and own large-scale identity entity pipelines: ingest from AD/cloud, enrich and score identities, publish to centralized asset graph, migrate performance-critical services to Go, optimize throughput and latency, and mentor engineers.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native services for Identity Protection across hybrid environments (AWS, on-prem, GCP, OCI). Maintain CI/CD (Jenkins), configuration management (Chef), container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker), messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and observability (Prometheus, Grafana). Write automation in Bash/Python, use AI tooling for efficiency, contribute architecture decisions, and participate in on-call and incident response.

Operate and scale the NG-SIEM Serverless Cell Platform: monitor and maintain LogScale cells, respond to incidents/on-call, perform upgrades, capacity planning, build automation and Go microservices to enable self-healing, and collaborate with product and support teams.

Design and implement a next-generation Zero Trust secure access platform: build high-scale ZTNA infrastructure, proxy and encrypted tunneling, browser-native security (extensions/agents), and backend microservices for policy enforcement and real-time threat detection. Own features end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and POCs.
