Deliver consulting, integration, and knowledge-transfer services for CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. Advise customers on log management, AI-assisted investigations, SOAR, data onboarding, searches, dashboards, alerts, cloud integrations, and security operations maturity. Develop automation and integration scripts, document deployments, gather requirements, and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams. The remote U.S. role requires occasional customer travel.
