Develop and maintain in-house cybersecurity web applications. Partner with architects, deliver features from agile user stories, perform testing and QA, provide operational support, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.

Lead CIAM product strategy and roadmap, translate business and compliance needs into technical requirements, own CIAM backlog and service reliability, collaborate with engineering, security, ITSM and UX, drive incident/problem management and operational excellence to improve authentication, MFA, consent, and self-service account management.
