The EO Imagery Analyst/Scientist Lead provides technical direction and expertise on EO imagery, conducts assessments of sensor capabilities, and collaborates with teams to ensure data quality and integration into existing systems.

Analyze Full Motion Video (FMV) for intelligence purposes, produce reports, conduct briefings, and maintain high situational awareness.

Serve as the local ISSO supporting DoD HPCMP: implement and manage RMF, build and maintain ATO packages in eMASS, oversee vulnerability scanning and remediation, validate IA controls, guide patching and hardening (HBSS, Nessus, Tanium, ACAS), deliver training and technical briefings, and perform security assessments against DISA STIGs and related tools.

Design, secure, and support Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Power Platform, Teams, Intune, Purview, Defender). Build automations with Graph API and PowerShell, manage identity and access, implement Purview governance and Copilot, provide Tier 3 support, lead technical projects, and ensure compliance with NIST and FedRAMP High.

Lead strategic and operational information security for critical systems: enforce policies, analyze and mitigate threats, oversee network hardware, manage IAVA and configuration control, develop C&A documentation and System Security Plans, and perform day-to-day security operations to maintain compliance and operational integrity.

Support and evaluate cybersecurity for classified systems (JWICS): develop documentation, conduct risk/vulnerability assessments and audits, maintain Body of Evidence, advise ISSM, and recommend protections for classified and unclassified information.

Senior ISSE to design and validate system security architectures, apply RMF, assess and mitigate threats, plan and conduct vulnerability/penetration testing (Nessus/Nmap/Wireshark), develop security policy, support certification and risk management, and collaborate with program and development teams in an agile environment.

Provide expertise in cybersecurity management, compliance documentation, risk assessments, and oversee advanced cybersecurity protocols.

Provide hands-on administration and support for high-performance computing networks: configure and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls; ensure STIG compliance; perform backups and disaster recovery; monitor performance; troubleshoot hardware/software issues; document configurations and maintenance.

Analyze FMV data, output reports, compile intelligence for briefings, and train for specialized skills in a dynamic environment.
