Drive platform adoption, build executive relationships, lead business reviews, and translate customer feedback into product and commercial insights. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Support, and Engineering teams while tracking customer health, adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
